It is the responsibility of the account owner to know prior to a massage session whether a HSA/FSA account card will cover the cost of massage services. Not all accounts allow for massage charges.

Massages using a HSA/FSA are only to be used as paid per session, no prepays, cannot be used to purchase gift cards, and no gratuities can be added. Please contact your medical health provider for more information.
