Fleur de Lis Massage & Sports Therapy, LLC, is a fully licensed, insured, independent massage and pain relief clinic conveniently located in Metairie, Louisiana.
Ingrid uses her knowledge of sports recovery, pain management modalities, and general wellness plans to cater to you- the client, every session.
​
There is no cookie cutter routine here. All sessions are fully customizable and can vary depending on your needs for that days session. Massage therapy and sports sessions can include the use of add-ons, free of charge, depending on availability.
​
All new clients must fill out a general health medical intake form prior to first appointment. No exceptions. A paper copy will be provided to you at your arrival if you are not able to access it online. Be mindful if your appointment time has already begun-this will take up your session time.
​
Please arrive with enough time to unwind prior to your scheduled appointment. A comfortable waiting room is available for use should you choose to arrive early.
Please use the contact us tab to send a message if you will be late. All sessions are booked to ensure quality timed blocks of a full hands-on time of 60, 90, and 120 minute massage services. Arriving late will take up your massage time.
Add-on times available upon request depending on therapist's availability.

Be mindful if booking sports massage sessions- please wear athletic style clothing and must wear undergarments. Avoid long compression shorts for best results.

Add-ons such as aromatherapy, Theragun™, scraping tools (for deep tissue and sports massage services), cupping therapy, heat/cold elements (such as hot towels, ice packs and rollers) can be included in most sessions free of charge. Please inquire about add-ons before start of service.

2024 Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least 12 (12) hours before your appointment using the 'Contact Me' button below.
​
I do not charge a cancellation fee at this time but I will make note of late cancellations
happening more than twice. Full payment of service will be due after 2 late cancelations. No call/no shows will require full payment due at time of next booking.
I will be forced to ban future bookings in this scenario if no prepayment is received after 2 late cancel/reschedules/no show clients.
